Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and package weight.
Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
